For writing their own positive reviews....Bella Terra is not the greatest place to live simply because of chaotic rules and poor staff management. My wife and I have lived at Bella Terra for a little over a year. The apartments are extremely nice inside which make it bareable, but we have to sleep with a fan AND a noise machine just to be able to sleep at night. Ghetto cars with their ghetto music are constantly driving through at all hours of the night and their base LITERALLY shakes your whole apartment. It is insane. I have complained to management and asked that a notice be sent out and all they said was they would ask their patrol (which I have never seen in a year) make more rounds. A letter to each tenant asking them and their guests to be more considerate would be more effective, but they weren't willing to do this. Everytime I use the laundry facilities, I am either double charged, or the dryers do not work. Staff told me to contact the laundry machine company. Isn't that THEIR job''' And the parking...OH, the parking. Parking was already an issue but at least each apartment came with a designated spot. Not anymore. Noone gets a designated spot. 1 person get a covered parking sticker and 1 person gets an uncovered parking sticker. There is no visitor parking. So basically, the parking spot I have had for over a year is no longer my spot. Great idea douche bags!!!! Again, the apartments are very nice, just pray you never have to work with staff or figure out their logic.
