Hey Linda - Do you know what it means to be condesending' It means you talk to people like they're morons. You need to change your tone and give people the time of day. This is the second time I have called and asked a question and you have barely answered my question AND made me feel as if I am annoying you. Futhermore, I had to stand in the office and wait for 25 minutes while the new girl signed a lease with someone. It's not that difficult to tell the appointment that you are with to hold for one second while you help someone. Bella Terra is the worst place I have ever lived and I absolutely hate it. Anytime anything goes wrong, I dread having to deal with the office. Oh, and thanks for the cold shower this morning. That is exactly how I wanted to spend my day. If you move here, try to get a unit without windows, that way you won't have to hear them shake all day and night as the cars blasting their music drive through the parking lot. This place sucks and I want out! Instead of planning a neighborhood BBQ, why don't you spend more time on improving your grounds, starting with a noise policy.

Why in the world should someone who had a scheduled appointment be interrupted to take care of the jerk who dropped in with no appointment? It is very sad when someone who knows no manners whatsoever actually thinks that they are right. No wonder the manager talked down to you, she probably thought she had to so you could understand.
