Ok, so the last management wasn't up to par with resident relations from what I've read...a half year ago! I moved here in November and I was told it was under new management and owners. If you have not met Steve & Geoff at the office...they are hilarious. Besides that, they make me and other residents feel wanted on the property. Follow up checks on my maintenance requests, smiles when I go into the office, and phone calls when I have a package make me feel like a made a good decision. Through my doggie, I've met other doggie owners and since become friends with a few nieghbors.
Minor technicalities include no assigned parking but they fixed that with only residents can park on the property so there is always a spot for me. Some doggie owners don't pick up after there doggie but the new staff installed baggie stations for the owners. The vending machines don't carry my Salt & Vinegar chips but they do have my Monster drinks. lol
I only signed a 6 month lease but I will definitely renew when the time comes.

Sounds like a member of the ne management team. Yes, Steve and Geoff are VERY nice and friendly which is a nice change but come on....them calling you when you have a package is BS. They don't do that. I have packages up there frequently and they do not call. It's not poor customer service not to call in my mind because they explain clearly that when a package is delivered they do not sign for it or have any responsibility for it. Secondly, they do not follow up on maintenance calls. They do the task and leave a little note on your counter that they were in your apartment for said tasks, but you will not recieve a follow up call. Let's be honest, this is a HUGE complex and they would never have the time for that. Again, Geoff and Steve, and Sandra (the manager who you didn't mention) are great and many things have improved but the ones you listed may give people unrealistic expectations. By the way, if the laundry facility could get a deep cleaning that would be great! It's absolutley filthy.
