-This place is "ghetto". Crime in this square block area is unreal. I've seen the police helicoptors searching for someone in the immediate area late at night at least 4 times in the first 6 months that I've been here.
-There was a recent stabbing in front of our complex. Dont know if the victim lived here but often teens are hanging around the gates.
-It's supposed to be a gated community but I often see the gate near the rental office open after 11pm others have seen people squeezing through the chained rear gate.
-The grounds not well lit and the pavement in certain places are crumbled into pieces.
-Kids play and throw garbage and these crumbled pieces of concrete around. These kids have no supervision and are often very loud.There are too many of them running around the parking lot with no adult watching them.
-Teens are often smoking weed behind the dumpsters or near the laundry room.
-Outside the gates, cars screech by in the middle of the night.
-Management is only ok to deal with but watch out if you want to move. I've overheard tenants say that she's rude and uncooperative from that point on.
-She seems to not have control of the property.
-Maintenance does do a good job and usually comes right away.
-The laundry room is not that clean and on Sundays when the office is closed,it's a nightmare to walk into.
-The walls are too thin. I can hear the neighbors yelling at their kids & them crying after hours. Loud music is played so loud that is shakes the walls.
-The water pressure is awful and you get scalded if someone in the unit behind you flushes or turns on the cold water.
-You get startled when the neighbor opens and close their door in the morning because it shakes your unit too.
- Pest control is included in the rent but is a total joke. I've had neighbors ask me if I'm having a rodent problem or bug issues. Pest guy comes once a month but personally I think he should be here 3 or 4 times a month.
-No security guard patrol the area.
-The children's playground is a joke. It's dirty and what used to be sand looks more like dirt. I wouldn't let my kids play there.
-It may be an inexpensive place to live but the old saying is true: You get what you pay for!!!
