i didn't actually live here, i decided not to after roaming the grounds and not seeing one white person within a mile. not that i am predjudiced. i feel i should warn people that if you make a deposit and then back out BEFORE signing the lease, they will keep the deposit. so bend over! also, there is an ethnic high school one block down the road filled with cholos and essays. so start packin' and get out your dickies and wife beaters and you'll be fine. thanks to apartmentratings.com i decided to check it out before i moved, even though i lost my deposit! but honestly, it didn't seem terribily bad, just check it out and make sure you are ok with the neighborhood before moving essay!
