I was living in Bougainvillea for the six months lease, and boy, did I hate it, everything is simply true in all reviews, except for the beaners. They are the more peaceful ones.... Every week we saw a police officer arresting or checking out a conflict or a theft. There is no security, and the neighbors love to play music from the crack of dawn to the end of it. Imagine having an infant to take care of and hearing horrible music blasting every day! The management team was horrible, I was once locked out, with my one year old, and I called the maintenance manager to open it for me, but was too busy being at a party to open the door in an emergency, and when I called the management for emergencies, they did not consider that an emergency, and I was stuck staying at a hotel for the night! The management team was horrible, people quit every week. You never see a stable manager stay. They have pure college kids running the damn thing! The maintenance is horrible...It takes them weeks let alone months to repair a single thing. You are better to go somewhere else... You have been warned!
