I moved in to Bougainvillea in January. I did read the reviews, but I figured that only people with bad expiriences write them. Well, I like my townhome. When I moved in my screen was missing and heater not working but the manager was able to send someone, and they fixed it. Residents seem ok. I talked to some people here and they say it used to be a lot worse. Like worse residents and crapy management, but that it has gotten a lot better. The only down side I have run into is that the gym closes at 5:30pm... :)

Its true just people with bad experience and we have to do this because the manager won't do anything about it and if I had the chance to talk to the supervisor I will do it. I try to get along with my neighboors and I don't talk to anybody in the complex so I won't have that kind of problems but its just worthless kids throwing rocks at my doors and windows eggs in my door while I was on vacations its just too much too handle and even do my comments r anonimous if the manager read this she would know who iam. I don't even like to complain but I think somebody needs to say something.
