The Loma Vista Apartment Staff are disorderly disorganized, very unprofessional workers. The apartment is full of roaches and ants. They have given us tons of problems and we had just moved in. Nothing that they have promised us have happened. Repairs are taking forever to happen. The apartment they gave us is filthy. The apartment smells so bad like drugs. Ninety percent of the time office staff does not have answers to problems or questions. We have complained about them to BBB and we are moving out. This is the worse apartment and the worse staff running it. Listen to peoples review before you make the same mistake that we did by moving in. Once we moved in they stop caring and all their promises vanished. They make all kinds of excuses for everything. They put us through hell since the first day we moved in. Our apartment we had to clean ourselves upon move in because it was so dirty. The apartment has no outdoor storage in the patio like they are advertising it. Kids are always outside skateboarding by cars. Our parking isn't full covered but half covered. Gate 1 is open 24 hours, gate 2 is closed but broken most of the time. Pool hasn't been opened since we lived here. The staff are all two face women and the manager Renee is worthless. They will enter your apartment without giving you notice. The 3 bedroom apartment is very small, floor plan is terrible, tiny apartment. Master bedroom bathroom is a joke size wise. We would rather live in a Hotel than give these jokers our money. The parking cameras does not cover all areas, parking and out door lights are very dark. You will hear loud, thumping music from cars day or night.
