I have lived in a few apartments since i have been in CA and these are by far the worst ones ever.
Safety: Non Existant I dont understand how it is safe to have a 3 in spike that rips off peoples exhausts, little kids playing in the streets when there are cars everywhere, drunk people running over concrete barriers. Always the smell of weed.. Signs hanging up saying the pant they use will cause cancer and birth defects.
Parking: One Covered spot some unassigned spots u will never get one people here dont work and park there cars in unassigned spots bc they are lazy. so if you have more than one car, one is guarenteed a spot on the street where cars are always getting broken into.
Appearance: Good at first but looks can be decieving. They use spray paint to fix the counters. Walls are uneven, nails hanging out of patios.
Office Staff: The main reason we are leaving. The Female manager Sandra is a real piece of work. I have never seen someone conduct business the way she does. Always hassling people, shes rude, doesnt care about personal property. We were probably one of the few to keep our apt nice and pay rent on time and she always felt she needed to harass us. She feels like she has a God like complex and will talk down to you. They will give u notices to come in your apt good right' No bc they give u a week time frame so u almost never gaurenteed to be home when they come thru. If you are military Dont even think about it she feels that since she is a civilian she has authority over u. She said bc we are use to orders.
Maintenance: Grocery stores yes but not when your maintenance staff comes from the people standin outside trying to make a buck.. One morn i woke up to find that my apt was flooded. My ceiling was leakin the first time it rained carpet was nasty as hell. They never came and fixed it the 2nd time it rained it happened once again and it was even nastier. The ceiling was bubblin turned yellow, our carpet started to have chuncks come out of it. When i mentioned it to Sandra she had someone come in and cut three giant holes in our ceiling and didnt patch it for a week. I told her i was going to have a mold inspector come and inspect (jus like the neighbors) She said no that isnt nessary we'll take care of it and the only thing they did was clean the carpet. Apt still smells like mildew n mold. ---- they moved the neighbors out for 4 days because of mold.. That means not safe.
Condition of Unit: Need I say more
Noise Level: Wow lets jus say if u got neighbors have sex ur gonna hear every grusome sound. U will be able to hear how ur neighbors day went, and how they dont get along. The kids are loud expecially at night bc they got there little gangs.
Overall Rating: Thank Goodness they didnt let us renew our lease, even though we werent going to....Hope the law suit against the management goes good... :-)
