Ugh!

As soon as I moved in, I noticed the roaches. I instantly requested the apartment to be sprayed. Pest control didn't get to my apartment about a week and a half later. I got my apartment sprayed a total of three times and it still hasn't gotten rid of the roaches!

The kitchen is very outdated. We have cabinets that look like they've been in these apartments since they were built! I live on the second floor and everytime I walk on a specific part of my kitchen, it creaks and there's a big ol' dent on my kitchen floor. The fridge, when I moved in, was DISGUSTING!! It had leftover residue from the last apartment holders and it just didn't smell right. I bleached the insides of that fridge way before I put my groceries in there. As for the kitchen cabinets, I don't even put any of my utensils inside of them for fear of the roaches climbing all over them. This place is terrible and doesn't feel like home at all.

They assign you one parking spot but with me, my boyfriend and our roommate (that's three cars), one parking spot kind of poses a problem. And don't even think about coming back in the middle of the evening to find a parking spot - YOU WON'T FIND ONE!! They tell you to park outside of the complex but with such a crappy place the apartments are in, don't be surprised if you wake up the next morning to see your car isn't there anymore. (My boyfriend's car got keyed one night and he was parked INSIDE the gates!!)

I had a problem with some noisy nieghbors so I told the management. All they gave me was a number to the sheriff's office and told me to call them instead. Thanks. Thanks a lot.

Rent isn't too bad but then again, we got what we paid for. The only good thing about this place was the management (they've since replaced some of their people). The manager was very efficient and things got done, just not in the time you'd like it to be. Anyway, I wouldn't extend my lease for the reasons listed above and because I just work too far away and traffic on I-78 is annoying when all you want to do is go home. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
