---- this ---- hole. Attention: anyone who is even slightly considering moving here needs to read this! This apartment complex is the biggest ---- hole I have ever seen. The only reason I moved here was to be with my girlfriend and that is it. The police are constantly patrolling the inside of the complex because all the gangs and drug dealers living there. The gate is always open and even if it is closed it's not hard to get inside and break into some cars. The washers and dryers either don't work or they steal your money, your choice. The people that work there are ------- and -------s (except Candy). The aparments are full of roaches and the apartment never takes care of your problems. The appliances in the kitchen don't work. My food would go bad after two days bc the fridge didn't work. The dishwasher didn't work. The toilet wasted a ---- load of water bc it wouldn't stop running. Did I mention the roaches' The cabinets are from the Jurassic period. There was a dent in the kitchen floor. The light in the kitchen didn't work. Have you noticed the theme of my review' I can understand the thought of someone moving here from another state and being ignorant and desperate. But there should not be any exceptions unless your'e from some ---- hole in Mexico and you're just trying to find a place to live illeagally. Oh by the way, many of the residents are illeagal immigrants commiting rape and selling heroin to kids.

I used to live in Mariposa and you are absolutely right about the conditions of the appartments, the kitchen cabinets. And the roaches.(except I saw some remodeledappartments in the complex and they had great cabinets) However the immigrants-illegal or not, i don't know, were really nice,family oriented, I never observed any weird behavior. No heroin or rapes obviously. Just a thought.

The immigrants were good to go. But the area had a lot of gangs and punk teenagers that were easily scared off. Unlike the roaches. Parking was horrible. Service was just s bad. Needed updating

WOW! Can't get any more racist than that. Merely a matter of opinion or lack of knowledge. Unless of course you have purchased heroin from them; then I suppose you have room to speak. Yes, the roach thing is a hugeeeee problem... The kids are harmeless. Just bored as you are clearly in need of some racial awareness...

YES! I agree 100%. It's not raciest, moron, its facts. This place is a dump full of border-hoppers making our lives miserable and turning our beautiful southern California into Tijuana.
