I've been living here since August of last year and my lease is about to end. I won't be extending it because my husbands job is too far from here and, we'd like something more updated and modern. I personally have never had roach problems, but then again I clean constantly. The layout is nice and they are spacious enough for what you pay. Everytime I've had anything mess up or break in the apartment, within 3 hours they come and fix it. There are a lot of hispanic people living here but to say that they all are imigrants and they all are drug dealers is so ignorant! Parking is a bit hard to find after 5pm. I have two cars and neither one has ever gotten broken into or keyed! Thank Goodness!! The walls and ceilings may be paper thin because I live upstairs and I'm not a heavy person and my downstairs neighbor once complained that he could hear our every step. Weird!! I try my best to respect my neighbors and follow rules...Overall, it's an ok place to live in but you can find better. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

It's not ignorant hunny, it's true. They are ALL immigrants, hooligans and drug dealers. We did some actual research and found everything we suspected to be true. everything.
