There is nothing good to say about this place... I have never been so unhappy living somewhere.
First and foremost, our cars have been broken into TWICE in the last month. My boyfriend had his windows shattered and all his hundreds of dollars in school books were taken. His expensive equipment and hard drives were stolen with years of school work on them and costly damages to the car. Mine had the lock ripped out and I guess these losers came to find there was nothing worth stealing in mine. There are nothing but illegal immigrants living here and walking around blasting obnoxious Mexican polka and letting there kids run around dirty, loud and mostly naked. They are drug dealing in plain sight, picking the gate locks DAILY and the morons who run this place continue to replace it... DAILY, even though they know very well it will be jammed, picked or ripped out the very same night. I witnessed some punk kid walk up and down the side street where all the cars are parked kicking in every door and side mirror of each car he walked by. When my boyfriend called the police, they came hours later and did nothing. The parking situation is atrocious. A grip of open parking spaces on the inside where it's 'semi-safe' to park but they only assign each apartment one and make you pay out the a** for another. Otherwise, you park on the street where trash walks around breaking into the cars. Emergency vehicles and cop cars are constantly coming in and out due to complaints and crime. Not to mention the little fact that I was attacked coming home late one night after work! I was walking up the stairs and someone hiding under them grabbed my legs and pulled me down. When he got close enough I pepper sprayed him right in the grill and complained to the office the following day. Of course, they did NOTHING!
There are cockroaches everywhere. EVERYWHERE!! The walls are thin. The toilet in my bathroom is tilted to the side so much that the toilet seat slides off every time I sit. The heating an air conditioning looks as if it's 30 years old.
As for the prices of these apartments, its extremely cheep yet STILL not worth staying another day past lease. Me made a big mistake moving here and I hope anyone reading this will learn from our mistake and STAY AWAY!
