I lived on the second floor, and never had roaches. I lived here for over 2 years. When we moved in they said they were upgrading the appliances and haven't. The stupid mexican neighbors blast thier music and the bass shakes the building all the time. The parking is riddiculous and the only thing the management makes an effort to enforce policy wise. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

i really don't appreciate you saying "stupid mexican" but i do agree on what you wrote the music would not stop...supposably we were loud too (hardly every home) but the mexican upstairs from us didn't get kicked out ridiculous! and he plays music aaaaaaall night!
