I have lived at Shadowridge for 5-1/2 years and must say that it has certainly improved. From the grounds to the amenities and office staff and Mgt, it's a very nice place to live. It still needs some work but it looks like it's coming along. The exterior buildings are being repainted which was long overdue and it looks like they are renovating apts and adding some nice upgrades. It's a small quite community with a park like feeling to it, you should check it out...
