Horrible apartment "living"

First of all, the parking is a nightmare. There is only one assigned spot, and you're lucky if it's close to your apartment. Finding parking for a second car is next to impossible. I occasionally had to park in shopping center across the street. The tow trucks troll the complex looking for violaters... and to make an extra buck. Property management is also bad. They do not seem interested in fixing our problems For example, our apartment flooded (due to their faulty water heater and they did little to offer to help us out (we had damaged property) and they didn't give us a break on rent for that month while they took their time fixing it. Management does not follow-through on complaints (noisy, destructive neighbors). Onsite/after hours maintenance is not responsive and will pretty much say "tough luck" if they do not think it's an emergency for them.
