Place is pretty good for the price. Maintenance is good, do what I like to call apartment repairs, quick fixes that usually have to be done again, not the more expensive time consuming more permanent fixes. I had one major issue that was actually very difficult and never really got fixed, but made a little quick fix myself, I guess it's a good thing I am handy.
Have had problem with bad seed tenants but that is part of apartment living. Noise between apartments is pretty bad. Neighbors at the moment are ok but previous neighbors were horrible. I think a lot of the problems are with the construction of the units, doors almost NEED to be slammed to actually latch that makes for a lot of unnecessary noise and movement. Have had problems with outlets being loose in socket, did not get a real fix just one of those quick fixes that needs to be done again.
Parking in my area is very good, plenty of spaces all the time. Office staff is nice but tend to be non-confrontal with little issues. They don't mention things until you go in for something and then you are in the dark as to what was because it happened weeks ago.
