DON'T MOVE HERE!

After living here for 2 years, I go to renew my lease and all of a sudden there are "complaints" according to the office and I am not allowed to sign another lease until they get approval from the regional manager. The office refused to provide me with any information regarding any alleged complaints, refused to give me a copy of my file or the lease I'd signed. Not only that, but the leasing consultants refuse to allow me to talk to the actual manager, who is "waiting" for the regional to get back to her. Meanwhile, my lease expires and they are charging me month-to-month fees. The office staff is completely incompetent and it's next to impossible to get any repairs done as well.
