I lived in these apartments for 15 months from 2003-2004 When they show you the unit it is a beauiful model in a parklike setting. I did not see my unit until the day i moved in. It was in the very back of the complex next to grapevine rd. My unit was not like th "model" the appliances were old the dish washer was from 1979. I was so upset i had to drive around the block before i confronted the office. My unit was nothing like the model, the managers response was " you don't always get whats in the model" I was so upset that they did give me a new dishwasher. I kept getting HUGE in my apartment they looked like cockroaches GIANT ONES!!! When I told the office that i had big roaches they told me they were "water Bugs." Then I had mold growing everywhere in the closets and on the bedroom walls, when I told management she yelled at me and said that when I sighned my lease I agreed to properly ventalate my apartment,,,so it was my fault!!I havn't even mentioned the mouse poop that began to appear everywhere even in my childs toybox. When maintenance set traps in my aprtment they caught 3 mice in a week. I wasn't allowed to move out because since i received a 2 month free deal My 1 year lease was extended 2 months. I had brand new tires stolen from my patio and my neighbor found his car on blocks because someone stole his rims. People cars were constantly being stolen....RUN FAR AWAY!!!!DON"T LOOK BACK!!!!!!!!!!!
