They use to have two men who would patrol the grounds at night. Have not seen them in over a year. If you are not military and you wish to rent month-to-month. they will charged you $190/month on top of what you were paying when you were on the lease. They assure us that safety is of prime importance to them.

Management...remember that actions speak louder then words. This place is reverting back to what to what is was a few years ago, a dump.

Taking about a dump, people who do not here dump truckloads of trash reserved for residents only.

Front office personnel who do not want to deal with the military should look for a job that doesn't deal with military. See previous message to see what I talking about. Anna Abbalos has serious problems dealing with people, SHE needs to be REPLACED. The military has to be treated with much more respect than what she has shown. If you currently live here and you have problems with Anna or anyone else, I advise you to contact the regional manager.

Do NOT rent at Waterleaf, we will be out of here not soon enough.

Rhonda by far is the only trustworthy person at the office, the rest need to be replaced ASAP.

I have never seen an Ana or Michelle and whoever I have talked to in the office just went back on their words or didn't help at all

indeed ana is a horrible person, i cant believe she still has a job, i cant believe any of the office staff still has jobs
