The prices are good, but you sure don't get alot for your money. The appliances are outdated, the flooring is cheap and is filthy after walking on it for a week. The locks on the doors are horrible. Unless you have the dead bolt locked you can unlock the door with a credit card. The AC is only a window unit in the living room and the only heater is a room heater in the master bedroom... which does NOT heat the house by any means. I have not YET been able to take a long relaxing shower here. i acutally have to alternate washing my hair and shaving every other day or I won't have enough hot water. So I guess if you like rushing thru your showers it'd work out. The landscapers don't do a very good job, constantly missing huge chunks of grass when mowing, leaving cut grass all over, NEVER sweeping the walk ways or stairs so there is leaves and old grass and trash all over. There are regular bums that hang out in the dumpsters almost everyday. The tenants that lived underneath me left without notice and between the time they left and the time the leasing office noticed i believe a bum DID notice and snuck in the thru the window and was living there. The safety is a bad issue! In my small parking area alone i know of 4 break in's in cars. One of which was my friend's car where their Tom-Tom was stolen and my stereo was stolen out of my car. i contacted the leasing office and they SAID they'd have security patrol the area more but to this day i've never even seen security on the premises. I live alone as my husband is deployed and am dconstantly checking my doors and scared to walk outside in the dark.

The only good thing I have to say is...it has a large master bedroom.

i would not recommend living here unless you're a young male looking for a cheap place to live. Any women living alone, or anyone with children i would not recommend this place.

I don't know what you are paying to live here, but my rent is hella expensive! but I agree with everything else :) they suck!
