Since the new management has taken over it has been a nightmare. I paid my first 3 months rent in advance but when they took over said they had no record of it and sent me an eviction notice.When i took them a copy of my lease they were very rude. Like its my fault they are unorganized. For 3 months i tried to get my dryer fixed and they gave me the runaround about how it was european and the techs only come out once a month. They said they would reimburse me 75' since i had to take my laundry to a laundromat but when i went to drop the rent off they said they couldn't since the manager was on vacation. So what purpose do the other 5 people that work in that office serve. On another occasion i had to go out of town because my grandfather passed away and asked them if i could deliver the rent on the 5th which is one day late. They said they could and they would cahrge me a 50' late fee. Oh yeah if you move in here be prepared for the carpet to look like a grease pit after 2 days. I think they had it put in when ronald reagan was president.

We've been trying to get our dryer fixed since April. I feel your pain! I finally stopped calling five times a week and just said 'screw it' and started taking $25/month out of my rent and wrote them a letter telling them that that was what I was going to do until they fixed it. Afterall, it is there job, vendor or not! OH WELL...only a few more months of this dump.
