I agree with what others are saying. The management is rude, disorganized and unprofessional. For 4 months they left a pile of garbage in the parking lot that was 30 feet long and 10 feet high! When the new managment took over it took 3 months to get security for the place during which time they were giving out a fake security number and saying that it was covered. I made an appointment with the manager which she did not keep and she had no apologies or explanation for the disrespect. She simply stated that she should really tell her staff not to make appointments for her anymore. The interiors look nice but the construction is so flimsy that if you get a downstairs apartment be prepared to listen to every footstep above. The residents tend to be low life's who like to share their love of rap music to announce their presence every time they pull into the parking lot. If you're a non smoker be prepared to keep the windows shut all day because it wafts in all day and most residents seems to smoke. The gym gets blasting hot -up to 100 degrees and you have to request the AC every time you go in. (Plus the gym equipment is scant and in disrepair). I'll be moving this year after being a resident for 5 years. I was willing to put up with the annoyances when my rent was $675 in 2003 but it's going up to $1065 now so I'm out. The whole staff was obviously hand picked for their looks and willingness to let the cleavage hang out so fella's don't let that influence your decisions! There's a lot more to write but you get the idea.
