Find Another Place, This Place IS BAD

Okay I currently live at Waterleaf and I lived here going on 4 months. Before moving in my wife and I read the reviews about this place being bad and asked the management about the reviews. They said it was just old tenants who were grumpy over the management change. Since we were under the gun to find a new place in a hurry we signed on the dotted line. The ladies were sweet when we went to sign the lease and were sweet the second time we had to go in there for a few questions, but after that things changed.
The ladies in the office are rude, stuck up, and they make you feel like you are causing them more work. I have gotten into a few heated conversations with them because they feel they need to get on their soapbox and try to put you in your place. For instance, when I went in there to drop off my rent check I put my apartment number on the memo line. Apparently they are mutiple apartments with the same number. You have to make sure you put the right letter in front of your unit number, something that I was not aware of. When I told her that she went onto a long speech on how this could have been applied to a different apartment and that I should really pay attention to the agent when she discussed this when we signed our lease. When I told her that was never discussed, she said that was impossible because all agents must do so. That is when I lost my temper and had to embarass her in front of other people in the office. She quickly apologized and I went about my way.
This place does not have security patrol like they advertise. The trash dumps ALWAYS have homeless people going through them. I can set my watch to it. At 6:30 in the morning there is someone going through the trash for either glass, cans, or maybe pieces of furnitures or toys thrown out. The landscapers are nice and have actually given us tips on how to get things fixed. Such as our cutting board. When we had our walk through with the agent we noticed our cutting board was "stuck". She wrote it down and said it would get fixed that Monday. 2 weeks went by when I decided to unstick it. Try as I might that thing never budged. I took out the drawer that was under it and saw that the board was screwed into place. I took out the screws and noticed the cutting board was only 1/4 in length!! I took it to the front offic and they tried to accuse of cutting the board myself! At first I thought they were joking around, but they were not. After some back and forth they said they would replace it. That happened in March, today is June and I haven't gotten a new cutting board.
The people that live here are either really nice or just plain crazy. I have neighbors who fight constantly. There are a group of 4 people in that apartment all in their early 20's. Fighting, drinking, smoking, and drama is all that fills that place.
In a nutshell, DO NOT MOVE HERE! You will regret it if you do. We are actually trying to break our lease to care for my mother in law in Florida. The place is no good.
