I have been living here since Jan 2008, and i have had nothing but a bad experience with this apartment complex. For one thing my washer and dryer have been broken since i moved in. My blinds in my living room and my master bedroom have been broken as well as my screen. I have put in tons when i say tons i mean at least 200 work orders in to get these problems fixed. I always get sure thing we will send out someone to fix ur stuff no problem. Well the next day goes by then a week and nothing. And when you want to speak to a manager or something.. they always say the manager is in a meeting or a conference call. Come on what the hell are they doing that they can never return a call back. And if i have to give my name and number one more time i am going to throw up. I can not wait till my lease is up and i can get the hell out of here. This place is the worse and i am telling you even if this was the last place to live i would rather be homeless. So go look somewhere else to live because u are not going to have a great day at waterleaf!!!!

O and by the way there was a GANG shooting here last monday so yea not a safe place for your kids!!!! 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

Might I add that some guy driving around the parking lot drunk smashed into a parked motorcycle. I called the "24 hour courtesy patrol"...YEAH RIGHT..they told me they are no longer patrolling this apartment community and haven't been since November of last year. Yet when August's newsletter was sent out a few days ago, the same 24 hour courtesy patrol # was on there.
