Ever since the new management took over, everything went for downturn. Prior to this new management, the place was generally peaceful. There were roving security people and less police car on the scene. The staff were courteous and even gave me a ride once, opened my door three times when I lost my key. And calls for service is prompt even in late night.

Since new management has took over, things have become so weird around. There are more police cars than ever, more banging of doors, the other pool is filthy (only the one right by the leasing office is kept clean for visitors and prospective tenants). Staff in the leasing office are not friendly and accomodating as the prior ones. There are more inoperative washers and dryers than before. The parking lots were kept clean before, now broken window glass is everywhere, and they're there for weeks until they eventually get blown away by wind.

Also please remember, you pay only the basic rent. Water, trash, and sewer are extra. Some apartments include water and trash, so look elsewhere.
