If you're thinking about moving into Waterleaf Apt. DON'T. The first impression of this complex was nice but don't let the apperance fool you. Along with the other comments the first pool located behind the leasing office is always kept nice but the second pool in the complex is filth. We were told that we would be moving into a newer upgraded apt. but after we got into our apt. we found dog hair throughout along with a dog smell. Our dryer didn't work for the first 4mos. of living there even after numerous calls were made for repair. Also, mold and mildew on window sills after Waterleaf had informed us that the apt. had been cleaned prior to moving in.

The sheriff's dept. was constantly on the premises.
Weapons were drawn for a shooting as well as a chase. There were also fights, drug deals and much more going on outside of the buildings.

Waterleaf is NOT Military friendly even as much as they appear to be at first.
