We were deceived when we moved in here in March. When we moved in, the very first day, there was a HUGE mix up with the apartment we were supposed to get, and ours was not remodeled as per all of our lease paperwork, so when we moved in, we had the old style apartment for the price of the remodeled version.

We ended up staying in the non remodeled apartment and had them lower our rate, but that was just the beginning, starting with all sorts of maintainence issues that were never repaired, they started tearing up the place to "beautify" the outside without out knowledge and therefore completely disfigured the front of our unit for a long time, plus just today I got a bill in the mail from a new "water billing company" that is completely different from the one we had been going through charging us DOUBLE the cost for water than before, without prior notice they switched companies and they "tell" the new company how to bill! So now we get to look forward to a DOUBLE sized water bill from normal every months.

The new management and leasing agents are very rude and not helpful at all. Not to mention this place is very very noisy as the walls and ceilings are very thin. The only good things here are the ample parking(where my unit is located) and the fact they allow pets, and it looks nice outside. Otherwise DO NOT rent here.
