When me and my husband moved in we were generally happy with the place. We dealt with the old management and they were wonderful! Then this new company took over and everything went to hell. We wanted to upgrade to a 2 bedroom and they told us there would be a $200 transfer fee. For what'' I have NO IDEA!! We were crazy enough to agree because we wanted more space. So come move in day, we had everything packed up and in the u-haul. We went to the office to sign our lease and get our keys. Then the idiots told us our unit had no carpet!!!!!! They promised us this apartment since July and somehow still didn't have it ready for the end of September. The new staff is highly incompetent and they give you the run around every time you ask them for something. They also just switched water companies so our bill went from about $40 to $80 and we haven't even been living there for the month of October. This place is highly over priced and the management will do everything they can to screw you out of your money. I am so happy to be out of that place. It was nice while it lasted. By the way, they get new "leasing professionals" every week and each one is as stupid as the last.
