This place is horrible! The office looses all kinds of paperwork. They lost our initial paperwork, but managed to still cash our check we had given them. Then when we had to leave (My husband got stationed elsewhere), they refused to take his web orders early before we could bring them his paper orders. They wouldn't let us put our notice in until 15 days before we were going to be totally gone. We still had to pay rent for an extra month even though we were not there, they said it was some kind of clause in the contract. They lost our notice and his orders, and are trying to have us pay for an additional months rent of $1299! What is wrong with this picture' Why are we paying for 2 months of additional rent when we are not even going to be there'!
Oh, and another thing, expect to get your water shut off without notice. There was some kind of construction going on and they would shut water off for hours without previous notice. I had to drive to my friends house just to shower to go to work! What a pain!
Don't bother with the "upgrade" either, it's just some neutral colored cheap paint that scratches off easily and some new fixtures that look as if they can fall out at any time. We didn't even get an ice cube holder in the "new" fridge. The "new" bathtub had really just been painted, and there was MOLD!!!! Oh, and the "new" kitchen cabinets were just painted, not really new.
