You pay extra for water, sewer and trash at $75-$80, depending on number of occupants, where in some places these services are already free or part of the monthly rental. It's a complete rip-off to pay for these in addition to rent. It used to be just half from $32-$40. Now the property management changed, and so did the water/sewer/trash bill which is now doubled.
Here is how they compute it:

Also, please take note that there is a $2,000 termination fee for ending a lease term early. Better ask for it, otherwise they will not mention it to you and let you just sign the lease.
Also, my friend's front passenger window was shattered and his ipod accessories stolen. Since new management stepped in, they removed the lights that used to be in the carports, now it is almost totally dark.
My bathroom initially had one tiny dark spot in the wall which I ignored until it eventually became a dark fungus becoming a tiny mushroom.
Search the nearby apartments and those on Sycamore, they look more luxurious than this repainted complex.
