Great Value, AWESOME Management - I share the frustrations with other posters that this complex is somewhat dated and not as upscale as Montecito or Regent On The Park (which were built more recently though). I'd love it if the interior paint wasn't just stark white, if the apts and gym were more updated, and if the pool was a few degrees warmer (it is heated though). Club Villas is not the same as Stoneridge - As a previous reviewer mentioned, do not confuse Club Villas with Stoneridge Apartments. Club Villas are condo conversions that were completely remodeled about five years ago (whereas Stoneridge is the neighboring complex that has not yet been renovated and is renter-occupied).
