I lived in the one bedroom apartment when I first moved in. They're very nice. Fridge, Dishwasher, and the back patio is great! There's a cemented patio about average apartment size, but then there's a large oak in almost every backyard and about 10-12 sq. ft. of dirt or lawn that you can do anything with. The two bedroom townhomes are set up awesome. The fireplace is the best part (you don't pay for gas!!!) it'll heat the hole place. The den was very nice to have also. I also had a dog who is large but very sweet, and they worked withit and allowed her to be there with me! (the reson the deposit is so high)
