Rodent infestations, tweakers, psycho manager, and ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING with the exception of your one assigned parking space. Overpriced and overated. Absolutely no insulation, freezing during the winter and hot during the summer. Forget the use of the pointless wall unit. Noise is unbearable especially if you have the pleasure of living under an apartment used as a fraternity house. Don't expect to get your deposit back. If you do have any problems, don't expect the manager to come beckoning. If the manager calls you back it's not until a week later if you even do receive a call back. Should be called GhettoSide Apartments. I can not stress enough to not rent at this place. If you do you will regret it. : )
