The thing is, this isn't a horrible apartment complex. The floorplan is nice, the rooms are comfortable, and if you have an end unit, the view isn't bad, either. I've had my maintenance problems fixed promptly.
The windows are single-paned, the air conditioner runs a lot and doesn't really cool, the heater heats too well in some spots and not well enough in others. We have a gas fireplace that doesn't work and was "going to be replaced" this last winter. We're limited to one parking spot- unless of course you happen to be related to the management company or something.
I don't know that I'd choose to live here again, but I rather like this place, and my neighbors are great.
