New manager not an improvement

There is no street parking due to the number of apartments nearby that are huge complexes.
There are now people getting visitor parking spots assigned (so there are fewer visitor spots). Now the tenants are not allowed to park in visitor spots overnight. And your visitors can't park in your assigned spot. The new management will be documenting parking with photos and license numbers all parking on the property, that is annoying as heck. Now it is not for tenants use and 24 hours or less. While it may have bothered some tenants that their visitors could not park, now it is the tenants who will suffer instead.
The street parking is not safe, check the crime stats/police reports. We have had vehicles broken into 3 times in 5 months on the street and at least 5 have been broken into in the parking lot here in the past 7 months. There are also 2 registered sex offenders on this block.
The pool area lost all the umbrellas and is not maintained like it once was. There is no water pressure in the kitchen sink, difficult(if any) water temp adjustment in the bath, and the fireplace has never worked. The walls are thin, the windows are single pane, but at least the neighbors are nice. Plenty of storage space in closets, but very little in the poorly laid out kitchen. Like I said, old apartments.
2 bedrooms 1 1/2 bath for $1450 a month (although the price is rumored to be less now) for a one year lease. While spacious, they are old, and there are better out there. There are several empty apartments here though LOL, soon to be another.

LOL, yes there are mice everywhere outside. I am lucky we don't have any inside. I have been told by former neighbors it is difficult to get your deposit back too. No matter how clean you leave it! Guess we will find out, I have never gotten less that 100% of my deposit back anywhere else. I am already packing to move out.

There is no rodent problem. Professional pest control is provided by Orkin. Orkin will promptly service unit interiors per Resident request, free of charge.
Recent enforcement of the parking rules may upset some, but ultimately benefit all. Yes, parking in the area can be impacted at times.
Yes, Creekside drive is a high-density residential street. There must be a couple thousand apartment/condo units on Creekside Drive. With this number of Residents, there will be some crime and yes, possible offenders. Thre ARE NONE living at 1400 Creekside Apartments.
This community is in excellent condition yet continuing to improve. Management is always proactive in responding to all Residents needs.
