I hated the exterior of the building - it isn't anything special, however I LOVE my apartment!! Ok for the time - I lived here in 2002 - 2004 the area is quite, people were pretty nice, except one tenat that was scared of dogs so I got a few tickets for playing fetch in the parking for leash law violations because she claimed my dog tried to attack her and her son while it was picking up a tennis ball.
