Read the small print. - Whatever you do read the small print when you are moving out. Because your so called $99 deposit does not cover much. They will charge you for every little flaw. OVER-PRICED - You do NOT get what you pay for. The so-called "renovations" are cheap and tacky as are the fixtures and appliances (the refrigerator doesn't even have a place for ice cubes). Management is Unreasonable - We are new tenants at this complex and have only been here since December, but our experience with the Management here has been absolutely nothing short of HORRIBLE.
