Average - Our view from our balcony is great but, the carpet in the hallways is seldom if ever vacuumed and is stained throughout the complex. Not a deal in Walnut Creek or Bay Area - This apartment to totally over priced for the bay area. It must have been built in the 60 or 70s. Walls are very thin and heating is not very good. There is a small wall heater in the living room, so you freeze in the bedrooms. It was remodled a couple years ago but it is still dated. Inattentive management, paper-thin walls, and spiders made my experience less than enjoyable - I rented a downstairs apartment and was very excited about the large amount of space.
