Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
Good location, but that is all it has going for it. Motel style on the second level, where everyone walks by your place. Only 500 sq. feet per apartment (1 bedroom). In two years the rent went from $750 to $925. Very loud, no insulation. Old plumbing and electrical (fuse blows on and off all summer)... horrible parking situation.
