| Price was great. The onsite managers were responsive and freindly. Location was a plus, being a ten minute to walk to BART. Neighbors were quiet. And the price, around $900 per month for Walnut Creek is very good. | ||||||||||||

| It´s a good value. the onsite managers are excellent & responsive. It´s clean & well maintained. Neighbors are considerate. No rowdies. Pool not heated, but on those really hot days it´s great! | ||||||||||||

| Good location! Between 680 and 24, .5 miles to Bart, 5 blocks to downtown! It is old, parking is a bear, and management has changed and they do not care about their long time tenants. | ||||||||||||
