If you can't imagine the worst place to live with the least friendly staff, then come on by. This is the place to go if you like to be overcharged and have nothing taken care of. If you are looking for any type of customer service this is DEFINITELY NOT THE PLACE TO BE!! Corporate management could care less who stays and goes even though people are moving out constantly. Most of the week, there is a moving truck with another unsatisfied tenant leaving. You would think Hall Equities would learn that they are losing money by not having satisfied tenants. If I were the owner of this building, I would hire a new management company in a heartbeat, while they still have a few tenants left.
