Alpine Park Apartments has provided me with the absolute lowest standard of living imaginable in such a beautiful city. If you took a consensus of people living here, they would all tell you the same thing. Management is absolutely horrible. People are leaving every week. Here is a laundry list of recent troubles .............
1. Management absolutely does not give a crap about any of its tennants. And more often then not, are bitchy and aloof when you require there assistance.
2. Everything is broken - The pool, work out room, even the covered parking/security gate was broken causing several cars to get broken into.
3. There is constant noise and construction in on or around the building. Which would make you think that maybe the management company is trying to do something. But rest assured the improvements are purely cosmetic and designed to draw people to the building and get them to pay top dollar for a mechanically substandard apartment with poor customer service and rude, bitchy management.
I could go on and on but the bottom line is that this apartment is a disaster and living here has been a pride swallowing, ego sapping, manhood robbing seige. Dont do it. EVER ! Its a joke !
