Plain and simple...want to be luxury apts!!!! No central air and heat, but a little wall unit that s suppose to cool/heat a one bedroom apt, let a lone a loft or a 2 bedroom' Cheap carpet. No pets allowed...but various tenants have large dogs roaming the court yard. Outdated cabinets and appliances. Ridiculously thin floors are ceilings. The lofts are way over priced...granite this and stainless steel that with a price tag well over $2,000...The elevators are awful. At least once or twice a week the one of the 2 elevators is out of order. Dull colors that looks like hospital elevators. They just painted over the existing paint that's chipping. Entry doors do not operate properly. Numerous burglaries in a secured garage and vandalism to numerous cars, since the secured gates are always broken or wide open for any one to walk right in. Fake fire alarms that happen at least 2-3 times a month!!!! Expect to pay an arm and a leg for an extra garage space or even a tiny storage locker. Not worth the bang for your buck. Been through NUMEROUS managers. Management can't be talked to. Lack of respect. You're literally walking over egg shells. They're all smiles the minute you're first greeted through the door, once you sign the dotted line, welcome to home sweet hell!!!!

This is a bull***t posting coming from an obviously disgruntled and disturbed person. What's the matter? Did they take your security deposit? Or maybe they asked you to leave because you are not worth keeping around. I have one question for you-If it was so bad why did you stay for 6 years? For the record: My apartment faces the courtyard and I have NEVER seen any dogs"roaming the courtyard!" The apartments are a little dated, but not the way you describe. The building is well cared for, and yes there have been a lot of manager's for the most part all have been quite friendly. As for the elevators, it's been a long time, but they have broken down because of people like you that misuse them! My best friend works for WCPD and before I moved in to this place in 2001, I checked with her for problems with car burglaries. Call them yourself-they'll tell you it's been a few years and before that, it had been year or more! The fire alarms have recently gone off a few times because of the work they have been doing to the sprinkler system. Read the memo you were sent dumbsh*t! It's funny that you consider $40 for an extra space "an arm and a leg." I think you need to move to Bay Point or Pittsburg or better yet, Arkansas where you can afford to live. Plain and Simple...Move!

OMG...profanities everywhere!!! Relax!! Take a chill pill. It's funny how you failed to comment on the rest of the problems I mentioned? Actually, they refunded most of my deposit. The reason you don't see dogs is b/c most of the time the dogs go at night or down the stairs on either side of the building, and obviously you can't see them...hahahah!!!! How in hell do does a person misuse an elevator...???? Nonetheless, vandalisms did occur, break-ins did happen within the past month. What the hell are you talking about? A certain vehicle had all four tires slashed. What rock are you living under? "The building is well cared for?" New paint chipping off, nickel and dimming fixing the elevator handle/rails, elevators getting stuck, and neighbors like you...Memo? What about the past occasions when the fire alarms sounded off? You must be too thick headed not to remember. You're obviously taken these comments to a personal level, considering that you've been here longer than most. If anything, you should consider moving and buying a house. TLC is needed there not for something that you don't even own. You're a subject to Hall Equities. They wouldn't care for you if you begged them. You're nothing but a number/statistic. They'll greet you with a letter congratulating you on staying another year and slap you with a rent increase...your cursing and anger pictures you as a negative disgruntled person. I wouldn't be surprised if you responded to your own comments. Here's a tip---stop wasting your time with these comments, ask for a raise, save a little money (before you get fired) and buy a house so you won't have to deal with "people" from Bay Point. I finally woke up and left this place...what???s you???re excuse...you can't even afford to buy a home in Pittsburg or even Arkansas, that you're just a wanna be living in Walnut Creek? That's too bad...Enjoy another 7 years here at Home Sweet Hell!!!!
