I have lived here for over 6 years and I love it. The staff is great, maintenance crew is very clean and they complete the job right the first time. The manager is on top of everything, she is also very nice on the eyes, there is not one thing that I have a problem with (crime,maintenance,rent and office staff). All these other people that have problems with alpine park are do to there own mis-haps and not the staff. Thank You

I have to respectfully disagree with this post. Without a doubt this was the worst apartment I have ever lived in. From the day I moved in (dirty carpets, oven, kitchen) to the day I moved out, I regretted ever signing my lease. You are better off spending a few extra dollars and living in a newer building than renting here. After leaving Alpine, I went and rented a condo at the Keys for 200 less per month and much larger.

To: Mjaye (last comment) I've been apartment hunting and reading reviews and responses from all the Walnut Creek apartments, and I couldn't help but notice that you made a few bashing comments as far back as two years ago about this particular apartment complex. Why can't you let go of your grudge? To all the readers, I have decided not to rent here but not because of the last persons comments. It's only because the one they have that I can afford is too dark, and I need sun for my plants. Overall, I did like the place and If they had something else a bit sunnier and still in my $$$ range, I would have juumped on it right away.

How much is the rent for one bedroom? I can't find any information on the place.
