This place is a bit pricey, but so are all the others in this area which is downtown W.C. I pay almost $1600 for my one bedroom! But there are cheaper ones, mine happens to face the courtyard which is more expensive. Lots of compliments from my guests on my apartment and view of the park. The manager stays on top of things, always friendly. And the maintenance person is super polite and quick to respond. I hardly ever hear my neighbors,they seem pretty tame. Every once in awhile I hear people on their balconies at night. The downfalls are no central heat/ac, washer/dryer is not in the apartments, only hookups, and since the building is kind of hotel style, you can smell what people are cooking, and sometimes it doesn't smell so pleasant. All in all, I have enjoyed my stay here and I am leaving next month, but only due to changes in my financial situation.

WOW...$1,600...no wonder the manager and maintenance are nice. I was paying $1,200...They need to update the elevator and also add Comcast as an internet option.
