First off the "perfect sales people" were the first to tell me that this place was the best, no crime, quiet, real deal, security, no problems, great apartments. Then after they get you in, you find out ITS NOT TRUE. I should have known if they were running all the other apartment communities down, they were hiding something and were desperate for more suckers to move in...........real immature sales tactics, shame on me for believing them.
The security people are a joke, car break ins all the time, (mine got hit twice) my apartment was filthy at move in and it took forever to get things fixed by the incompetent maintenenace team. I basically lived in a box for $1500 a month. I heard neigbors fighting constantly, but the managment people would not deal with anything, except of course to send you those outrageous rent increases.
Oh yeah, the place looks great when you first drive in, guess they spent all that rent increase profit on the outside of the buildings, certainly not on the apartments themselves.
Everyone that works there were the first ones to run all the other apartment places down....... well, did I fall for it or what' My friends that live in close proximity to this "holier than thou community" haven't experienced the frustrations that I have.
What a joke, I definatley feel that I was ripped off.
Oh and last comment, guess my security deposit they kept at my move out goes toward advertising to lure more suckers in, it sure didn't come back to me. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
