I have lived at Bay Landing for 1 year now and no major complaints EXCEPT the noise! Not necessarily the BART (I've become quite use to that noise and live in the building right next to the tracks) but more so your neighbors!! I actually live on the top floor and can hear every conversation of the people below me. You might as well live with your neighbors. I understand a lot of the building in the area are not constructed very well for the sound factor, but I must admit it is quite annoying. Especially for the price you pay! Other than that, the staff has always been helpful and maintance always good and on time. Great location and if I had to weigh the pros vs. the cons I would like it stay as long as my rent does not sky rocket on my renewal!
