Moved out because of a 20% increase in rent! The management is what you?d expect of a large complex. Bored, impersonal. They get the job done, but they don?t know you, and don?t care to know you. If you don?t like something, you can move. No big loss. Also, there is a nasty Parking ---- on premesis. Since it?s next to BART and I didn?t need/have a car, I let my friend use my parking permit, but she got chased off after this guy realized she didn?t live there. Also, all friends who visit you have to get a parking permit from the office which I thought was bothersome. When I was there, they re-paved the parking lots and repainted all the exteriors. The parkinglot didn't need re-paving, and the exterior didn't need the paint. It's just justification to raise your rent.
