Perfect for healthy, professional adults and families. Very clean, sharp apartments. The complex offers a nautical appeal with its blue awnings against white/grey siding. Mature, diverse, and well groomed landscape, ponds, tasteful fountains and man-made creeks makes you forget that you're apartment living. The pool area draws an attractive and well mannered crowd young and old. Bay Landing Staff (Bill and staff) are very friendly and do a great job hosting socials in the very classy and relaxing clubhouse (tickle the keys on their white grand piano). Tasty cookies and chocolates lured me into the clubhouse/leasing office everytime I passed it by. Nice exercise room - a bit small, but gets the job done. The short walk to bart saved my car thousands of miles - also you'll always get a seat on the Pleasant Hill bart en route to the city even during peak work hours (the crowd piles in at the Walnut Creek Bart one stop further up the line). The maintenance crew was always very courteous, Ricardo is always smiling. Ok, not all is perfect, here are a few tips to ensure your living experience was even better than mine. Consider a higher level unit so you don't have hear the footsteps above you. The parking garage needs better security - my convertible had its top cut twice during my 3 years at Bay Landing - inquire whether parking garage security has been beefed up if you own a higher end car.
