I have lived her for 1 year now and I am thankfully moving. The inside of the appt are extremely old in fact when I moved in the doors had holes in them, there is absolutely no insulation-it is sooooo cold in the winter, neighbors are noisy-the people above me like to move things at 2am almost every night, maintence staff are untimely are quite unprofessional-one man came over to fix my light and had an apple in his mouth the whole time-which he decided to throw away in my trash and leave right in front of me and lastly if you get home past 5pm do not count on finding a parking place. On the upside the appt complex is very convinient: BART is walking distance and rest. and shops are close by. Quite honestly I do not recommend this complex for the above reasons, its not worth the money they charge.
